Purpose of Position: The Human Resources Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the execution of HR strategies, programs, and processes that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. This position partners closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value-added HR services across key functional areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who demonstrates strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex employee and organizational matters with discretion and professionalism. Compliance with employment laws and internal policies is essential in this role. You will monitor adherence to regulations to ensure a fair workplace. Additionally, you will help cultivate a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and implementing programs that support work-life balance.
