Pay Range $55,600.00 - $91,450.00 Bio‑Techne is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented, and people‑focused Human Resources Specialist to join our global People Team on a full‑time basis. The Human Resources Specialist plays a key role in supporting core HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and cross‑functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. This role partners closely with the broader People team to optimize workflows, maintain high-quality documentation, and support ongoing organizational programs. This position is ideal for a motivated HR professional looking to grow their expertise across HR Centers of Excellence while directly influencing meaningful organizational improvements. Key Responsibilities Deliver seamless onboarding, offboarding and core HR operations processes Audit and update employee information to maintain alignment with company standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices Serve as a first point of contact for employees, addressing day‑to‑day questions, system navigation needs, and policy inquiries while ensuring employees feel supported and informed. Create, enhance, and standardize forms and SOPs in alignment with HR governance and quality standards Conduct data audits, assist with system updates, and maintain data integrity while supporting reporting needs Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes around onboarding, offboarding, documentation, propose solutions, and support implementation of new tools and practices Collaborate with internal partners across departments to support HR programs, compliance activities and change management efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of HR experience preferred; internships, HR support roles, or relevant project experience welcomed. Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel) preferred Skills & Competencies Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Exceptional Communication: Clear written and verbal communication abilities, including comfort presenting information to small groups. Analytical & Problem‑Solving: Capable of researching, analyzing, and resolving issues independently with sound judgment. Collaboration & Relationship‑Building: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and build positive working relationships. Initiative & Ownership: Self‑starter who takes responsibility for outcomes and contributes proactively to team goals.
