The HR Supervisor will oversee daily HR functions, including managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, overseeing performance management processes, and providing support to employees and management. The individual will also play an essential role in implementing HR strategies to support business growth and foster a positive workplace environment. Qualifications Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering positive work environments Knowledge of Performance Management processes and best practices Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Experience in the food production or manufacturing industry is a plus
