Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays Compensation:$22-$30 per hour What You'll Do:Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships Assist lead HVAC installer with daily tasks, including loading equipment and preparing for scheduled jobs Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and inventory Help complete invoices, timecards, and required documentation Actively participate in HVAC training, morning meetings, continued education, and company events Support installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment What You Bring:Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and strong teamwork skills Clear written and verbal communication skills High level of integrity and commitment to continuous improvement Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) Able to lift 75lbs and perform physically demanding labor Comfortable working in extreme temperatures Ability to climb ladders frequently throughout the day Comfortable working in attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
