What You’ll Do as a Branch Manager: Lead & Support – Schedule and provide technical guidance to technicians, ensuring top-tier service. Team Coordination – Work with dispatch to assign jobs based on skill level. Operational Efficiency – Maintain proper stock levels and oversee the use of materials. Administrative Tasks – Assist clerical staff, complete invoices, reports, and daily route sheets. Uphold Standards – Ensure all team members follow company policies and provide excellent customer service. What We’re Looking For: 2-3 years of managerial experience Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record Strong leadership & communication skills Excellent time management & attention to detail Professional appearance & personality Experience in Residential HVAC Join Our Team!
