Job Description Job Description The HVAC Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily service operations for residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, efficient scheduling, team leadership, and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability and safety standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Manage and oversee all service operations for HVAC and air conditioning systems. · Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians and support staff · Coordinate scheduling and dispatching to maximize efficiency and response times · Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards · Monitor job performance, productivity, and service quality · Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction · Develop and implement service processes and best practices · Collaborate with sales and installation teams to support business growth · Track and manage service KPIs, budgets, and profitability · Maintain inventory control and ensure proper use of tools and equipment · Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching · Ensure proper documentation of service calls, invoices, and reports QUALIFICATIONS: · 5+ years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing service operations · 2+ years in a leadership or management role preferred · Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC · Familiarity with service management software and dispatch systems · Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment · Valid driver's license (required)
