Duties Conduct thorough on-site assessments of residential HVAC systems to gather accurate measurements and project requirements Develop compelling proposals and present solutions confidently during in-home consultations to close sales effectively Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project scope with clients to maximize value while maintaining profitability Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, contracts, change orders, and project documentation in alignment with company policies Experience Proven experience in HVAC sales within residential or commercial settings Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities to build lasting customer relationships This role offers a vibrant environment where your skills will directly influence project success and customer satisfaction.
