What you will do Supports licensed electricians and installation teams by performing hands‑on electrical tasks, material handling, and equipment transport. Ensures safe, efficient job‑site operations while assisting with both low‑voltage and high‑voltage wiring tasks. Electrical Install Support — Install, remove, and set electrical components such as condensers, panels, and related equipment Wiring Tasks — Run, terminate, and organize low‑voltage and high‑voltage wiring. Brazing Work — Perform or assist with brazing refrigeration lines. Refrigerant Recovery — Use recovery equipment to safely recover refrigerant. Digging and Site Prep — Dig trenches, prepare work areas, and support ground‑level installation tasks. Job Site Preparation — Set up work areas, move materials, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Loading and Unloading — Load, unload, and stage tools, materials, and equipment. Equipment Handling — Safely handle electrical tools, lifts, and installation hardware. Truck Operations — Drive company trucks to and from job sites. Team Collaboration — Work closely with electricians and installers to complete tasks efficiently. Training Excellence — Participate in training to improve technical skills and safety knowledge. Minimum Requirements · EPA 608 Certification — Required for refrigerant handling. Class E Driver License — Required for operating company trucks. Brazing Skills — Ability to braze or willingness to learn quickly. Electrical & HVAC Basics — Understanding of wiring, components, and safety. Physical Capability — Able to dig, lift 50–75 lbs., and work in demanding environments. Tool & Equipment Handling — Familiarity with electrical tools, lifts, and recovery equipment. Reliability & Punctuality — Consistent attendance and dependable work habits. Teamwork — Ability to work well with installers, electricians, and supervisors. Willingness to Learn — Commitment to ongoing training and skill development.
