HVAC Lead Installer

John C. Cassidy Air Conditioning & Plumbing seeks an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to oversee residential and light commercial system installations. Responsibilities include leading install crews, setting equipment, running and brazing refrigerant lines, ductwork layout and installation, start-up, commissioning, and quality control. The Lead Installer will read blueprints, ensure code compliance and safety, train helpers, complete documentation, and deliver courteous, professional service that reflects our family-oriented, customer-first culture and long-term commitment to South Florida communities.
