Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team.We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician with a strong HVAC focus to support the maintenance and repair needs of our residential property portfolio.This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other building systems while also assisting with general maintenance work as needed.This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to property maintenance excellence.Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, condensers, air handlers, thermostats, mini splits, and ventilation equipment.Perform seasonal HVAC inspections, preventative maintenance, and filter changes.Identify failing components and recommend repair or replacement solutions.Respond to no-heat, no-cooling, airflow, thermostat, and related service calls in a timely manner.Monitor HVAC performance and help improve system efficiency and reliability.Maintain accurate records of HVAC work completed, materials used, and recommended follow-up.Required Qualifications High School Diploma Valid Driver License Pay:$80,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s):Have you worked for Black Swan Living Property Management before?
