Overview Scope Mechanical is seeking motivated and dependable HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. We are currently hiring multiple candidates and are open to both experienced HVAC technicians as well as individuals with hands-on experience who are eager to learn and grow within the industry. Whether you are fully experienced or looking for an opportunity to build your skills with training and mentorship, we welcome motivated candidates who are ready to work in a fast-paced field service environment. Our company services both residential and commercial properties, offering technicians the opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of HVAC and mechanical systems. In this role, you will assist with maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems across various job sites. Experience with Service Fusion is a plus. Requirements English speaking required Must be local to the area Reliable transportation required Must be willing to travel within surrounding counties as needed using a company-provided work vehicle and gas card. Duties & Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, and chillers. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools Read and interpret schematics and HVAC design plans to troubleshoot issues effectively Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and maintenance logs Travel between residential and commercial job sites as needed Support property maintenance tasks and appliance repairs when necessary Follow company safety procedures and maintain professionalism on all job sites Qualifications HVAC, mechanical, construction, or property maintenance experience preferred Fully experienced technicians are encouraged to apply Candidates with some experience and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and positive attitude Valid driver’s license preferred Residential and Commerical experience Experience with chillers is a plus Experience with Service Fusion is a plus EPA certification is required Why Join Scope Mechanical?
