HVAC Operations Trainee / Production Coordinator

About Us We are a growing HVAC & Electrical company looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual who wants to grow into an operations leadership role over time. This is an entry-level operations position designed for someone who wants to learn the behind-the-scenes side of running a successful HVAC company. You will work directly with ownership and be trained in: install operations, production coordination, warehouse organization, scheduling preparation, inventory management, and job readiness. This is not just a warehouse job. It is a hands-on training role with long-term growth potential for the right person. Responsibilities Morning Operations Help installers load out each morning Verify equipment and materials for jobs Assist with resolving missing items or loadout issues Help crews leave organized and on time Warehouse & Production Support Maintain warehouse organization Perform inventory spot checks Assist with material staging and equipment prep Process returns and organize materials Operational Coordination Review upcoming install schedules Help prepare jobs for the following day Assist with job costing and material tracking Review job photos and production details with leadership What We’re Looking For Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willing to learn Mechanically inclined is a plus HVAC experience helpful but NOT required Able to work in a fast-paced environment Interested in long-term growth opportunities Growth Opportunity This role is designed as a training position for future operational leadership opportunities within the company.
