HVAC Residential Service Manager

Job Description On Point Plumbing Electrical Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our HVAC residential service department. This position requires a candidate who is an expert in dealing with home warranty companies . Experience with home warranty claims, approvals, negotiations, documentation, and communication is absolutely mandatory. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing technicians, coordinating service operations, and ensuring smooth handling of warranty-related service calls. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with home warranty companies (REQUIRED) Expert-level knowledge of handling home warranty claims, approvals, and processes (REQUIRED) Minimum 2 years of HVAC Service Manager experience (REQUIRED) Strong residential HVAC service knowledge Experience managing and dispatching HVAC technicians Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to resolve customer and warranty-related issues professionally Experience with service management software preferred Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Responsibilities Manage all daily operations of the HVAC service department Handle and oversee all interactions with home warranty companies Review claims, approvals, estimates, and warranty documentation Supervise HVAC service technicians and dispatch operations Ensure excellent customer service and technician performance Resolve escalated service and warranty issues Monitor department productivity and performance Train and support technicians and office staff as needed What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Career growth opportunities Paid holidays and PTO Supportive work environment Health benefits available Company vehicle Apply Today If you have strong HVAC leadership experience and are highly experienced working with home warranty companies, we encourage you to apply.
