Job Description
HVAC Sales ComfiTrust – Boston, MA Job Type: Full-time Pay: Competitive (based on experience) ABOUT COMFITRUST ComfiTrust is a rapidly expanding provider of high-efficiency HVAC solutions across the Greater Boston area. We deliver premium heating and cooling systems designed to improve comfort, reduce energy consumption, and provide lasting reliability for homeowners. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated and customer- focused HVAC Sales to join our sales team. The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated, personable, and solutions-oriented HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an on-the-road, face-to-face sales role focused on meeting homeowners, evaluating their heating and cooling needs, and recommending appropriate HVAC system options. The ideal candidate is comfortable visiting customers’ homes, conducting on-site assessments, building trust quickly, and guiding homeowners through rebates, incentives, and upgrade opportunities. Previous HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required – we provide full training. We value strong communication skills, integrity, and a customer-first mindset. Bilingual abilities are a plus. What You’ll Do Visit customer homes for sales consultations Assess basic site conditions and document photos/notes Demonstrate product benefits such as efficiency, comfort performance, warranty, and long-term savings Educate customers on available rebates, incentives, and financing options (including Mass Save and other programs) Present recommended heating and cooling solutions in a simple, customer-friendly way Present quotes and follow up to close sales Maintain professional communication with customers and the office Represent the Company with honesty and professionalism Requirements Sales experience preferred (HVAC, home improvement, or similar a plus) Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable with travel and in-home appointments Basic measurement and simple math skills Valid driver’s license with a clean record and access to a reliable vehicle What We Offer Steady, year-round work Competitive pay with growth potential Opportunities to advance Ongoing training and support Supportive, performance-driven team environment Schedule · Full-time, Part-Time · Weekdays + weekend availability as required Work Location · Travel Within Greater Boston area Language · English (required) · Additional languages are an asset Start Date · Immediate Job Type: Full-time, Part-Time Work Type: In person Benefits Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: On the road
