Your Role Diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, etc.) Provide clear, honest communication and exceptional customer service Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs Perform follow-ups after the installation is done to ensure customer satisfaction Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours service calls Follow all safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines Work collaboratively with our growing team in the Centralia-Chehalis area What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience (preferred) EPA 608 Certification (required) Valid Washington driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Washington HVAC contractor license (or ability to obtain one) is a plus Low voltage license (or ability to obtain one) is a plus Reliable, honest, and ready to help build something great If you’re tired of long hours, low pay, or companies that cut corners, Honest HVAC is different.
