Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician Level 3-5 to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service, troubleshoot advanced systems, and contribute to the seamless operation of commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, gas furnaces, oil furnaces and ductless mini splits Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents to accurately troubleshoot issues. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R equipment with precision and efficiency. Conduct field service visits to client sites to assess system performance, perform repairs, and recommend improvements. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, and other diagnostic instruments to identify faults and execute repairs. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for all work performed in compliance with company standards. Support property maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, appliance servicing, mechanical adjustments, and general equipment upkeep. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with expertise in HVAC systems; construction or property maintenance experience is highly valued. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and understand HVAC design principles. Demonstrated experience working with air conditioning systems, gas furnaces, boilers, and plumbing is preferred. Familiarity with field service operations including troubleshooting complex systems on-site. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively; welding skills are a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving drivers preferred. Knowledge of HVAC/R codes, safety standards, and proper maintenance procedures.
