Pay & Compensation $25–$35 per hour base pay (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Total compensation can exceed $130,000 per year Overtime available (not forced) What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps) Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners Make honest, professional recommendations — no pressure tactics Perform clean, high-quality work you’re proud of Complete accurate digital service documentation We believe in serving customers with enthusiasm and doing the job right the first time. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Full-time, steady work all year Reasonable, clearly defined on-call rotation Local service area — no long, unpredictable drives Well-run dispatch that respects your time What We’re Looking For 3+ years residential HVAC service experience preferred Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail EPA certification (required) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Professional appearance and communication skills We’re looking for technicians who own their work , act with integrity , and treat customers and teammates with respect.
