Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose issues with HVAC systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment to ensure efficient operation. Install new HVAC units, including ductwork, piping, and electrical connections following HVAC design specifications. Troubleshoot mechanical components like boilers, pumps, motors, and refrigeration systems. Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems to uphold safety standards. Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams for system troubleshooting and installation projects. Maintain detailed service records, logs of repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions for each job. Skills Extensive experience in construction-related HVAC installation and service technician roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems. Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding HVAC design principles. Field service experience with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance across diverse environments. Ability to operate tools such as Multimeter, vaccuum pump and specialty tools confidently. Familiarity with property maintenance procedures related to air conditioning systems and general mechanical systems. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
