HVAC Tech/QC

Job description Regal Staffing Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Quality Lab Technician to manage daily lab operations and perform technical analysis on field-returned components. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional with strong diagnostic and testing expertise. Pay: $25.00/hour Key Responsibilities Analyze and document field-return HVAC components Develop and implement testing methods for failed parts Conduct root cause and failure analysis Maintain organization and efficiency of lab operations Perform equipment repair and rework as needed Ensure adherence to lab safety and operational procedures Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required 7+ years of HVAC installation and/or troubleshooting experience Experience with HVAC/VRF/VRV systems Strong understanding of testing methods and tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Additional Skills: Knowledge of HVAC industry standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills How to Apply: Apply online at www.applyregal.com (select Fort Worth branch), or contact (817) 887-6203and ask for Stephanie or Shirley.
