Job Description
Pay: $28/hour Assignment 12 Months (assignments typically extend beyond 1 year) | Start Date: 06/01/2026 Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177 Schedule Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (March–November, Daylight Savings) 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (November–March) Hybrid – Work from home 1 day per week Training: First 2 weeks onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM What you'll do Manage early-stage delinquency accounts (1–30 days past due) within the Mexico portfolio Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment servicing Car/Van accounts Provide accurate, compliant information and offer payment solutions to reduce losses on past-due accounts Monitor accounts through outbound outreach to prevent escalation into higher delinquency stages Communicate with customers to clarify balances, resolve account issues, and encourage timely payments Support collections on higher-delinquency and escalated accounts as needed Perform contract analysis to verify terms, identify discrepancies, and support collection decisions Conduct detailed account reviews, including payment activity, insurance and banking details, customer updates, payoff quotes, and past-due charges Collaborate with internal and external teams to validate account information and maintain proper documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Meet service level expectations for call handling, response times, and quality Requirements: Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) – required Experience in auto finance or collections – preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone presence with experience handling inbound and outbound calls High accuracy in data entry with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining high service quality Strong time management and organizational skills in a call center environment Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088\_EEOC\_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp\_%20English\_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
