Hybrid Executive Assistant to CEO/Office Manager, Atlanta, GA A global company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and assist with managing the office. The current EA has been in the role for 4 years. The role is hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote and the EA will have their own office. About the Job: Serve as a liaison to the board of directors/owners and senior management teams Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts Be the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the Chief Executive Officer Manage an active calendar of appointments Process expense reports Compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings Work independently on projects, from conception to completion Manage presentations and gather information as necessary Assist with planning corporate events Supervise direct reports to ensure effective oversight and management of the office Travel to conventions and Board meetings 4 times a year. Coordinate and prioritize meetings for the CEO Run meetings and keep them on track and aligned with the agenda Create the agenda for senior leadership meetings Vet and prioritize the CEO’s emails Use AI to work smarter Follow up with the executive team on projects and deadlines Some off-hour availability required About You: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience supporting a C-Level executive BA/BS from a college or university a plus Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms Strong communication skills: written and verbal Strategic thinker Experience using AI in a work setting Understand the importance of confidentiality and trust when supporting a CEO Dynamic and proactive comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
