A well-established civil litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice. This role is hybrid in San Jose. This is not an entry level position. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys. Prepare, format, and file legal documents (state and federal courts), including pleadings, motions, and discovery. Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, court dates, and trial preparation. Handle client communications, correspondence, and general office coordination. Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience as a legal secretary in a civil litigation law firm. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing (state and federal). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
