We focus on delivering premium customer service, high-quality pest protection, and building strong relationships with homeowners. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to: work hard grow professionally learn sales and customer service skills help build a growing local company This is not just a pest control technician position. This is a hybrid role that combines: pest control services customer service route building neighborhood marketing and sales No prior pest control experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities: Pest Control Services Perform pest control treatments at residential properties Remove spider webs and treat common pests Maintain clean equipment and professional appearance Provide excellent customer service Route Building / Sales After completing scheduled services, technicians may: Hand out door flyers to the neighbors Speak with nearby homeowners Introduce SERVZION to neighborhoods we already service Help generate new recurring customers Build strong customer relationships What We’re Looking For: Ideal Candidate Traits Positive attitude Strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Comfortable talking with people Coachable and willing to learn Self-motivated Professional appearance Requirements Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors Ability to walk neighborhoods and communicate with homeowners Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
