Energize your career as a Hyperbaric Specialist, where you will play a vital role in delivering life-changing hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients.You will be responsible for preparing and operating hyperbaric chambers, ensuring patient safety, and providing exceptional care throughout the treatment process.This dynamic position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and well-being while working within a collaborative healthcare environment that values innovation and compassion.Prepare hyperbaric chambers by inspecting equipment, ensuring proper function, and setting up treatment Monitor patients closely during therapy sessions and responding promptly to any signs of distress or adverse reactions.Educate patients about the treatment process, safety protocols, and pre- and post-therapy care to foster comfort and understanding.Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each treatment session, including patient responses and any incidents or abnormalities.Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, infection control procedures, and regulatory guidelines governing hyperbaric treatments.Conduct routine maintenance checks on hyperbaric equipment, report malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with technical support Provide support during emergency situations by following established protocols to ensure patient safety at all times.Shift is 2 pm to 8 pm and one required Saturday per month Proven experience working with hyperbaric oxygen therapy equipment or in a clinical setting involving specialized medical devices.Knowledge of hyperbaric chamber operations, safety procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.Strong understanding of patient monitoring techniques, vital signs assessment, and emergency response protocols.Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities during treatments.Certification in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) or related credentials preferred; relevant healthcare licenses are a plus.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and compliance documentation.Join us as a Hyperbaric Specialist and be part of a dedicated team committed to advancing healing through innovative hyperbaric medicine!
