Job Description
Auto Sales Executive The Auto Sales Executive is responsible for maintaining the volume of sales appointments and closing as defined monthly for each dealership. They must meet company objectives and standards through optimal management of the organization's resources, social networks, and customer management. Additionally, they will ensure the quality of service to each client attended, ensuring a positive experience and continuous follow-up of each client, promoting recurring sales and referrals through these. Responsibilities Responsible for making/receiving client calls, handling emails and/or text messages to guide and coordinate sales appointments and vehicle demonstrations. Additionally, they will register calls and provide follow-up on the required platforms. Receive clients with good presence and confidence in all phases of the process. Meet their work schedule and attend to clients according to their needs. Use the Dealer Socket, V-Auto, and any other required tools daily with all the required information. Responsible for creating their own advertising, promoting responsible and integral offers on social media in line with business prices to attract sales prospects. Meet the minimum daily requirements in terms of contacting (15) clients and publishing (10) announcements daily. Coordination of (2) direct appointments on their working days; (4) direct appointments on Saturdays with a client generating business closure. Responsible for knowing the inventory of their store, product descriptions, and knowing how to handle options in both new and used sales. They must have a solid understanding of the company's products and present options in both new and used vehicles. Responsible for identifying the client's need, facilitating the purchase and other products and services (facilitator along with F&I). Complete orders, legible and process documents according to established policies, so that the F&I process and finalization are adequate. Responsible for following up on each opportunity in order to create a long-term relationship. That it can be a positive reference and contribute to future business. Responsible for coordinating and preparing the delivery of the sold vehicle before the client's arrival and/or in a timely manner if already in the facilities. Responsible for the client understanding the operational functioning, warranty, and documentation of their vehicle. Must maintain professional ethics at all times and in any situation. Promote good communication and teamwork. Responsible for monitoring and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals based on assigned sales indicators. Must maintain direct communication with the Sales Manager and Desk Manager. Any other task or function necessary for the proper functioning of the department and the company may be required. Other general tasks or assignments related to the position and department may be required. Available to work on the days assigned to their team.
