Portland Community College’s Arts, Humanities, Communication and Design pathway seeks a full-time Instructional Administrative Assistant II (IAA-2) to support Arts and Design. In addition to strong administrative skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to collaborate across departments and pathways, contributing to a supportive, team-oriented culture that prioritizes exceptional service to PCC students, partners, and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do and Who We Are Looking For The Arts, Humanities, Communication and Design Pathway serves students, faculty, industry partners, and community members. AHCD offers a variety of programs, activities, and services in lower division collegiate and career technical education fields and is an integral part of the educational mission of PCC. Reporting directly to the Arts and Design Program Dean, the Instructional Administrative Assistant II provides an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, inclusive, and enthusiastic candidate to support the daily operations of Architectural Drafting and Design/Building Inspection, Art, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Multimedia, Music and Sonic Arts, Music, and Theatre Arts for the collective teams in the Art, Humanities, Communication and Design Pathway.
