SALARY: The salary range for this position is $91,466.95 to $128,573.18 for Schedule A, and $91,466.95 to $122,144.51 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater.Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B. The Judiciary offers a strong opportunity for growth. The New Jersey Judiciary Information Technology Office is seeking a dynamic and highly technical individual to join IAM and Cloud Governance group to design, implement and support enterprise level Identity systems. The selected individual will be responsible for managing and supporting the Judiciary’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment to ensure secure access to enterprise systems and compliance with industry standards. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain best practices in IAM security. REMOTE WORK : The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 3 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access. Example of Duties Design, implement and manage various directory services and synchronization such as Active Directory, Entra ID, AD-LDS, LDAP, Microsoft Identity Manager, Sailpoint ISC, OneIdentity Active Roles. Administer user identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, role assignments, account provisioning and deactivation. Conduct audits of user access permissions and access control policies to ensure proper access is granted. Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and mitigate any Identity related incidents and provide resolution. Provide reports and documentation on IAM environment such as system performance, user access requests, system architecture. Continuously evaluate and improve IAM tools, processes, and procedures for efficiency, scalability, and security. Regular and predictable physical presence at the worksite is an essential function of this position. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a field related to computer science, information technology or the area to which the applicant is applying, such as information systems, human-computer interaction, interactive media, software engineering, computer networking, business analytics, data analytics and/or cybersecurity and three years of professional experience in: analyzing, designing, programming, troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, testing, defining business requirements, training and/or installing computer systems applications OR planning, acquiring, installing and implementing telecommunications facilities and services, wide area networks, or local area networks OR generating and maintaining system software OR business analysis which may include defining and gathering business and functional requirements, analyzing and validating data and/or documenting test plans OR business analytics OR data analytics.
