Apply via Dice today! **IAM Security Analyst Contract-to-hire 100% Remote $45-52/hour** Seeking an Identity & Access Management professional to support enterprise access controls, user provisioning, and security operations across a large technology environment. Responsibilities Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and role-based permissions Support SSO, MFA, and identity governance processes Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance support activities Partner with IT and security teams to improve IAM workflows and controls Maintain documentation and support security initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of IAM, cybersecurity, or security operations experience Experience with access management, provisioning, and authentication tools Knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, and directory services Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Experience working in enterprise environments preferred Additional Information Hybrid work environment Long-term opportunity supporting enterprise security initiatives Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
