Lutheran Social Services seeks an ICA Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering integrated community-based services. This role oversees program operations, staff supervision, and quality improvement to support individuals and families across behavioral health, housing, and family services. The ICA Team Manager ensures client-centered, trauma-informed care; manages caseloads and outcomes; builds strong community and funding partnerships; monitors compliance and documentation; and advances LSS’s mission of dignity, service, and social justice through collaborative, values-based leadership.
