Job Title:Ice Cream Production Team Member Location:North Salt Lake, UT Schedule:Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with opportunity for additional hours) In 1929, the Snelgrove family began making America's Finest Ice Cream. Nearly 100 years later, we continue to craft our ice cream with the freshest, purest ingredients, to help you create moments of joy, binding traditions, and cherished memories with loved ones.We are looking for a dependable and energetic Ice Cream Production Team Member to join our production team.This role is hands-on and fast-paced, helping produce small-batch ice cream using a commercial batch freezer.If you enjoy physical work, working with food, and being part of a small (and very fun) team, this could be a great fit.Responsibilities Produce ice cream using a commercial batch freezer Prepare ingredients and assist with batching and flavor preparation Fill containers and prepare products for storage or distribution Move finished product into and out of walk-in freezers Maintain accurate batch logs and production records Assist with cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and workspace Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Help maintain organization and cleanliness in the production area Work Environment Fast-paced production environment (because ice cream is time sensitive) Standing, walking, and moving for most of the shift Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Schedule Monday-Friday:9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Opportunity for additional hours depending on production needs Ideal Candidate Reliable and punctual Works well in a team environment Detail-oriented and organized Able to work quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Previous food production experience is a plus, but not required Ability to obtain Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of hire Must be 18due to the equipment used Pay:From $16.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Work Location:In person.
