In this dynamic role, you will be the heart of our sweet operation, ensuring that every scoop is served with enthusiasm and precision.Your energy and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our customers while maintaining smooth kitchen and food handling processes.This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop culinary skills, gain valuable food service experience, and be part of a lively, fast-paced environment where fun and professionalism go hand in hand.All roles are paid, reflecting our commitment to valuing every team member's contribution.Responsibilities Scoop and serve a variety of ice cream flavors with speed, accuracy, and a friendly attitude.Prepare food items according to company standards, including toppings, cones, and specialty treats.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations.Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system.Upsell products by recommending popular flavors or add-ons to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.Assist with food prep tasks like stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and organizing ingredients in the kitchen area.Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments.Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations.Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between scooping, serving, and cleaning duties.Pay:$9.00 - $15.00 per hour Application Question(s):Are you available to work weekends?
