Job SummaryPART TIME POSTION - MUST BE AVAILABL FOR WEEKENDS We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Scoopers.In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while preparing and serving delicious ice cream treats.You will play a key role in creating a fun and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that each guest leaves with a smile.Need to be at least 18 or older.Duties Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings to customers.Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.Upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the serving area, following food safety guidelines.Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred but not required.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Join our team and be part of creating delightful experiences for our customers while sharing your passion for ice cream!
