Ice Cream Server/Cashier

Job Summary We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Ice Cream Server to join us at our stationary truck in Port Sheldon! If you love making people smile and don't mind a little "scooper’s elbow," this is the perfect summer gig. You’ll be responsible for everything from greeting customers and suggesting flavors to crafting the perfect sundae. Key Responsibilities Service with a Smile: Greet customers, provide samples, and help them navigate our menu. The Perfect Scoop: Hand-scoop ice cream, prepare soft serve, and build sundaes with precision and speed. Point of Sale: Handle cash and card transactions quickly using our POS system. Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless truck. This includes wiping down counters, cleaning equipment, and ensuring the service window is inviting. Stocking: Monitor ice cream levels and toppings, restocking from the backup freezers as needed. Qualifications & Skills Positive Energy: You are the face of the truck—a bubbly, welcoming personality is a must! Speed & Accuracy: Ability to stay organized and move fast when a big group (or a local sports team) arrives. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive scooping motions. Reliability: We need someone dependable who can show up on time and ready to work.
