This energetic role combines the joy of food preparation with exceptional customer service, ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile.Whether you're crafting delicious ice cream treats or providing friendly, attentive service, you'll be at the heart of a lively, fast-paced environment where enthusiasm and hospitality shine.Paid positions available, offering a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in food service and guest relations.Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of ice cream desserts, toppings, and accompaniments with precision and care Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve with enthusiasm to enhance their experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Upsell menu items by recommending popular or new flavors and add-ons to boost sales and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to ensure freshness and quality Support team members by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring efficient service flow Skills Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Previous food industry or restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy environment Excellent communication skills for guest relations and teamwork Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
