This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced identity and access management professional to contribute to large-scale federal digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will support enterprise-level identity, credential, and access management systems that help secure critical government infrastructure and services. You’ll work with advanced technologies across cloud platforms, Active Directory, MFA, SSO, PKI, and Zero Trust architectures in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The position offers the chance to solve complex technical challenges while supporting modern, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions. Ideal candidates are proactive, technically versatile, and comfortable working independently in remote or hybrid settings. This role also provides strong exposure to emerging technologies including AI-enabled operations and cloud-native identity services. \n Accountabilities: Design, administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise Identity and Directory Management Services (IDMS) and ICAM solutions across large-scale environments. Support and manage technologies including Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, MFA, SSO, PKI, DNS services, WebAuthN, SAML 2.0, OIDC, and privileged access management tools. Develop and maintain identity management workflows, API integrations, automation scripts, and authentication services using tools such as PowerShell, Java, .NET, Postman, and Okta Workflows. Contribute to cloud-based identity and access management initiatives across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and O365 environments while supporting Zero Trust security strategies. Monitor system performance, mitigate vulnerabilities, manage audit and log processes, and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and operational SLAs. Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, provide technical support to users and stakeholders, and participate in scheduled on-call rotations and shift coverage. Assist with modernization efforts that improve enterprise security, scalability, automation, and digital service delivery across government systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 4–9 years of experience supporting identity and directory management systems in enterprise environments. Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, PKI infrastructure, identity federation, SSO technologies, and IAM/ICAM solutions. Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and technologies including MFA, SAML 2.0, OIDC, WebAuthN, and delegated administration models. Experience working with cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Office 365. Familiarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Java, or .NET technologies. Understanding of network architecture, API integrations, directory services, and Zero Trust concepts. Ability to work independently in remote environments while maintaining strong communication and collaboration skills. Public Trust Clearance eligibility required; ITILv4 Foundation Certification required within 120 days of hire if not already obtained. Experience with Agile methodologies, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Slack, and enterprise ticketing systems is considered a plus.
