I.I.C.R.C. certified Water Damage Technician Lead - 2+ years experience required

24/7 Flood & Fire is seeking water and or fire damage crew chief/leads to add to our team.Please only apply if you have previous water and/or fire damage mitigation experience.Our leads are required to be IICRC certified and we will only consider appropriately certified individuals.Applicants must be able to park a company van at their residence as we need to respond quickly to losses.We are looking for self disciplined individuals who have the experience not to need a full description of the duties of a water and/or fire damage professional.You must be capable of working losses by yourself or be able to manage crews of laborers when the job size dictates.We have availability and flexibility at all shift times as we are a 24/7 operation.Pay will ultimately be determined by your experience level, availability, and negotiated at the time of hire.Willing to train the right person to bring them up to a lead level, but must have a solid general knowledge of how a structure is built, a hands on experience and a drive to learn.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Vision insurance Schedule:Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift On call Overtime Weekends as needed Experience:water damage restoration:2 years (Required) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) IICRC Certification (Required) Ability to Commute:Auburn, WA (Required) Work Location:On the road.
