Key Responsibilities Defend against discrimination claims and wage/hour class action claims Handle trade secret violations and breaches of confidentiality agreements Manage motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and summary judgment in court Required Qualifications Admission to the Bars of the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Experience in employment law litigation Proven ability to manage assigned cases independently Familiarity with FLSA, IMWL, IWPCA, and BIPA regulations Experience with collaborative work in a legal team environment
