Responsibilities Overview Keysight's Optical Design Engineering (ODE) team is seeking a highly skilled Optical Engineer to join our Customer Success organization. In this role, you will provide technical support, training, and high-quality technical content to customers using LightTools, the industry-leading illumination design and analysis software. The position is focused on supporting customers across North America. Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical support to Optical Design Engineering customers and prospects via email, web meetings, and in-person interactions. Develop and deliver technical materials including training courses, webinars, user-event content, customer-meeting materials, technical articles, and videos. Collaborate closely with software development, optical design engineering, sales, marketing, documentation teams, and technical management.
