SAAB is seeking a Senior Staff Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering & Design team in Defense & Aerospace. You will lead mechanical design for cutting-edge defense systems, from concept through production, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with military standards. Responsibilities include system-level trade studies, detailed CAD design, thermal/structural analysis, and support to integration and testing. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate across disciplines, and drive innovation and efficiency in a highly collaborative, supportive environment dedicated to mission-critical solutions.
