ONA helps New Americans fully participate in New York State civic and economic life. As we amend current grants and add new ones to meet the needs of new Americans across the state during this time of continuous changing federal immigration policy. The ONA Program Analyst (Immigrant Community Specialist 1) will report to an ONA Senior Analyst. The primary duties of the Immigration Community Specialist 1 will include the following: • Monitor various contractual documents and prepare periodic compliance reports of unit activities for review. Ensures that procedures for providing services to target recipients are monitored and adjusted to ensure the smooth flow of work which will include thorough site visits. • Respond to requests for information from new Americans, service providers, public officials and the general public.
