This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for an attorney with 0 to 2 years of experience in immigration law , including family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, and related proceedings. Responsibilities: Represent clients in immigration court and before USCIS Prepare and file petitions, waivers, motions, and briefs Conduct legal research and draft legal documents Provide direct legal counsel to clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in any U.S. state (Tennessee preferred) 0–2 years of experience in immigration law required Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation: Starting salary is $70,000- $80,000 with potential adjustments based on experience and qualifications.
