Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Immigration Attorney to join our legal team. Responsibilities Advise clients on immigration options, including visas, green cards, asylum, removal defense, and naturalization processes. Prepare and review legal documents such as petitions, applications, affidavits, and supporting evidence with meticulous attention to detail. Represent clients in hearings before immigration courts and USCIS. Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies that maximize success while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Maintain accurate case files and documentation in accordance with law office procedures. Stay informed about updates in immigration law, policy changes, and relevant regulations affecting client cases. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission any state bar. Proven experience handling immigration law cases from start to finish. Strong research skills utilizing legal research platforms. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents, briefs, and correspondence. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively. General knowledge of related legal areas such as family law, employment law, landlord-tenant law, personal injury law, workers' compensation law, estate planning, and litigation practices. Experience with legal administrative processes within a law office setting. Familiarity with legal drafting standards and procedures for immigration cases.
