Role & Location We are seeking an Immigration Attorney with deep expertise in O-1, EB-1A, NIW, and EB-5 to join our team. This role will provide legal guidance to clients, investors, and internal teams while ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and program-specific regulations as we expand our operations. Key Responsibilities Advise and represent clients on immigration matters, with a focus on O-1, EB-1A, NIW, and EB-5 filings Guide clients through all stages of their immigration processes, including evidence strategy, documentation gathering, and petition preparation Prepare and review petitions and filings, including O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5 filings Conduct source-of-funds analysis, project eligibility assessments, and due-diligence reviews for EB-5 clients Work closely with finance, investment, and operations teams to ensure alignment between immigration strategy and the company’s offerings Develop and implement internal compliance policies for O-1, EB-1A, NIW, and EB-5 programs Stay informed on evolving USCIS policy changes, case law developments, and EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) requirements Identify potential legal or regulatory risks and recommend corrective actions Communicate complex immigration concepts to clients and internal teams clearly and professionally Qualifications & Job Requirements Licensed attorney (required; licensed in Arizona preferred) Demonstrated expertise in U.S. immigration law with hands-on experience across O-1, EB-1A, NIW, and EB-5 categories Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment Talent-Based Visa Expertise (O-1, EB-1A, NIW) Ability to develop evidence strategies for extraordinary-ability and national-interest cases Experience drafting persuasive legal briefs, expert opinion letters, and advisory consultation requests Familiarity with STEM, business, arts, entertainment, and entrepreneurial profiles Skilled at translating complex achievements into compelling petition narratives Experience coordinating with clients, recommenders, and industry experts to build robust evidence records Investor-Based Visa Expertise (EB-5) Experience preparing I-526/I-526E and I-829 petitions Strong understanding of EB-5 project structures and investment-compliance requirements Ability to conduct detailed source-of-funds tracing and draft thorough SOF memos Familiarity with USCIS, SEC, state securities regulations, and RIA obligations Experience evaluating project eligibility, reviewing offering documents, and conducting investment due diligence Why Join Us?
