Immigration Paralegal

Immigration law firm in Newton, MA seeks a full-time (35-40 hours) experienced business immigration paralegal to work onsite two to three days a week and remotely for the rest of the week. The position involves working independently while at the worksite. The paralegal will prepare all types of employment and family-based immigration cases, including adjustment of status cases, PERM labor certifications, immigrant visa petitions (including NIWs, outstanding researcher, etc. ) and H-1Bs. The paralegal will use an online immigration portal (INSZoom) and government websites to prepare LCAs, prevailing wage requests and PERMs. Wages are on an hourly basis. Requirements Authorization to work permanently in the US Bachelor’s degree Proven experience as a business immigration paralegal or in a similar role within an immigration law firm. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
