A company is looking for an Implementation Operations Analyst. Key Responsibilities Maintain weekly implementation portfolio reporting, ensuring data accuracy and visibility Synthesize data into actionable insights and identify themes for the VP of Implementation Prepare data for leadership presentations and maintain a single source of truth for implementation KPIs Required Qualifications 3-5 years in operations, implementation, or a similar analytical role at a SaaS company Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp or a comparable project management platform Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM Exceptional written communication skills to translate data into clear narratives Prior experience in accounting technology, fintech, or professional services is a plus
