Duties Lead end-to-end implementation processes for new software systems, including setup, configuration, and customization tailored to client needs Provide comprehensive technical support during and after deployment, resolving issues related to operating systems, network configurations, and software applications Conduct training sessions and develop instructional materials using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, LMS platforms, and Adobe Captivate to empower users with effective system utilization Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, analyze existing workflows, and recommend optimal technology solutions involving AWS cloud services, Oracle databases, or EMR systems Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various environments including Windows, macOS, Linux, and operating systems while maintaining detailed documentation of resolutions Manage computer management tasks such as user account setup in SharePoint, Help Desk ticketing systems, and LMS platforms ensuring smooth operational workflows Assist in integrating multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Dreamweaver for training materials or client presentations Experience Proven experience in technical support or IT roles with a focus on software implementation and troubleshooting in diverse environments Strong teaching or training background with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively Knowledge of EMR systems (Electronic Medical Records) Skilled in using analysis tools like Visio for process mapping or documentation purposes Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving and support delivery Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to transforming client experiences through innovative technology solutions!
