Imports Analyst

A company is looking for a Shareholder Representative Imports Analyst. Key Responsibilities Interpret and audit post-closing allocation spreadsheets, create guidelines, and manipulate data for import to the system of record Manage multiple Shareholder Representative deals, tracking progress and ensuring timely movement through phases Ensure accurate data import for reporting to shareholders and maintain updated operations manuals and guidelines Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience 2-3 years of experience as a financial operations analyst Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with sophisticated ERP systems Experience in a cross-functional and cross-geographical environment High awareness of operational risk and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
