The Center at Hampton House aims to create a more inclusive environment for individuals with autism to thrive in their personal and professional lives. Role Description The In-Home and Community Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Trevose, PA. The role involves providing tailored support to individuals with autism, both in their homes and within the community, to help them lead independent and fulfilling lives. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, encouraging social and community engagement, and offering hands-on technical support when required. The position also involves collaborating with families, documenting progress, and ensuring a positive and enriching environment for those supported. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Support skills to effectively engage with individuals, families, and community members. Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address situational challenges and provide effective solutions. Analytical Skills to evaluate situations and determine the best course of action for the individuals supported. Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with individuals with autism. Ability to adapt to various environments while maintaining professionalism and a supportive attitude. Experience in disability support or related fields preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to clients’ homes and community activities.
