Job Title:Inbound Sales Coordinator Department:SalesReports To:Sales Manager Position Summary The Inbound Sales Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and sales opportunities.This role is responsible for responding to inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries, qualifying leads, preparing quotes, and coordinating orders to ensure a seamless customer experience.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Inbound Sales & Customer Support Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding window products Qualify incoming leads and identify customer needs Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations Prepare and follow up on quotes in a timely manner Support outside sales representatives with account coordination Order Coordination Enter and review orders for accuracy Verify specifications, measurements, pricing, and configurations Coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping departments Communicate order status updates to customers Process order revisions and change requests Customer Relationship Management Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems Follow up on open quotes and pending orders Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and dealers Administrative & Sales Support Track sales activity and assist with reporting Assist with sample requests and literature distribution Support promotional initiatives and product launches Maintain knowledge of product lines, options, and manufacturing capabilities Qualifications 2years of experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or customer service Experience in manufacturing, construction, building materials, or window/door industry preferred Strong phone presence and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and understand product specifications and measurements Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Key Skills Customer-focused mindset Strong organizational skills Problem-solving ability Technical aptitude Team-oriented approach Ability to work cross-functionally with production and operations Work Environment Office-based role within a manufacturing setting Frequent communication with production, shipping, and sales teams Fast-paced environment with seasonal volume fluctuations Performance Expectations Timely response to inbound inquiries Accurate order entry and minimal revisions due to error Quote follow-up and conversion support Positive customer satisfaction feedback #HSS1 Job Type:Full-time Pay:$45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year Work Location:In person.
