Job Description
THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel is looking for an Inclusion Associate to support the development and delivery of initiatives that strengthen connection, belonging, and culture across the organization. This role is a key member of the Inclusion team, helping bring programs and experiences to life — from supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and events to coordinating initiatives and tracking impact. Reporting into the Inclusion function, this role partners closely with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure inclusion efforts are well-executed, organized, and impactful. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play Support and own inclusion initiatives Coordinate and execute inclusion programs and initiatives, with ownership of select workstreams or smaller-scale projects. Support planning and delivery of events, campaigns, and key moments throughout the year. Ensure initiatives run smoothly, on time, and with strong attention to detail. Enable ERGs and interest groups Support the day-to-day coordination of Employee Resource Groups and interest groups. Partner with ERG leaders to plan and execute events, programming, and key moments throughout the year. Take ownership of event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, communications, and on-site/virtual execution. Track participation, feedback, and impact of ERG activities and events. Help scale best practices and consistency across ERG programming. Keep things organized and moving forward Manage timelines, trackers, and project plans for inclusion initiatives. Anticipate next steps and proactively follow up on deliverables. Maintain resources, toolkits, and documentation to support the team. Use data to support insights Collect and organize engagement and participation data. Support reporting and tracking of key metrics. Identify trends and share insights to help inform future initiatives. Partner across teams Collaborate with HR and internal partners to support inclusion efforts. Build strong working relationships across teams. Communicate clearly to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate 2+ years of experience in HR, project management, or related fields. Experience owning or independently driving components of projects or programs. Experience planning and coordinating events or programs, including managing logistics, timelines, and communications. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in inclusion, culture, and employee experience. Comfortable working with data and tracking program outcomes. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
